By accessing and using the Glowforge Aura website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Glowforge Aura Craft Laser Systems ("Glowforge Aura," "we," "us," or "our") designs, manufactures, and sells desktop laser cutting and engraving equipment for craft, educational, and commercial applications. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and specifications accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs. Color accuracy depends on your display settings. All prices listed on the Site are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the event of stock shortages or pricing errors, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
All Glowforge Aura laser systems include a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery for the laser source and core mechanical components. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, use of non-recommended materials, operation outside published specifications, normal wear of consumable parts (lenses, mirrors, exhaust filters), or damage caused by improper ventilation or power supply conditions.
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our support team before shipping any return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply to opened products that are not defective.
We ship to addresses within the United States and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by shipping method and destination. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, software, design files, and documentation, is the property of Glowforge Aura or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glowforge Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
Laser cutting and engraving equipment produces concentrated light beams, heat, and fumes that can cause injury, fire, or property damage if used improperly. Users are responsible for following all safety instructions, using appropriate ventilation, and complying with local regulations regarding laser equipment operation.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
